The New National Curriculum Tests for 2016

As we are sure you are all aware by now 2016 will see the introduction of a new set of SATs papers for our year 6 linked to the new curriculum. We are very aware the bar has been raised this year with regard to the expectaions of our year 6 children and we are working hard to support all children in the run up top the tests.

The link below will take you to a set of sample test materials, including mark schemes, for the 2016  KS2 national curriculum tests. It also includes information about scaled scores (assessment without levels) and statutory trialling, both of which are introduced in 2016.
