In our PE lessons this half term we have been building on our agility, coordination and balance skills with the game of Volleyball.

Serve, dig or set are the skills we need for volleyball.

Today we played 'messy bedrooms' to warm ourselves up and remind and practise the skills. First we used benches in place of the nets to play the game over.

We had to try not to touch the bench. This prepared us for using the nets as you lose points to the other team when they are touched.

We held a pair and share with a partner to discuss the techniques needed to play the game of volleyball , it's very tricky!
